Rest assured that our veterinarians treat your animal as surgeons would treat a human patient. From safety protection to surgical gowns and surgical beds, our animal patients are cared for while being monitored throughout any procedure.

Our animal hospital is fully equipped to perform surgeries in a sterile area with modern anaesthetics that you would find in a human hospital. We have extensive experience in orthopaedic and soft tissue surgeries. At all times are blood oxygenation, respiratory rate and heart rate monitored.

While your pet is under anaesthesia, we recommend the use of intravenous fluid support to maintain blood pressure and prevent dehydration.

We have intimate knowledge and experience in a broad range of surgeries and often make an accurate diagnosis but unlike humans is it impossible for your pet to describe symptoms. Therefore, do we recommend pre-anaesthetic testing to establish major organ’s status, in particular, the kidneys and liver. Depending on the outcome of the results we might advise delaying surgery or adjust the type or dosage of anaesthetic used.

Our operations include:

  • Orthopaedics
  • Intestinal obstructions
  • Wound stitches
  • Lump and tumour removals
  • Exploratory surgery
  • Desexing or sterilization
  • Cruciate repair surgery

Talk to us about your animal’s problems and our specialists will recommend the right procedure or treatment or if an operation is the only way forward.

Keep in mind that we have full onsite facilities that include:

  • Small animal operating theatre
  • Onsite laboratory
  • Ultrasonography
  • Digital radiology
